ACE Bakery® Olive Batard
This Olive Batard is made with our premium ingredients. Then it is baked in a stone-deck oven (notice the floured bottom), leaving us with a fragrant loaf packed with chunks of Kalamata and Moroccan olives, and a dash of thyme.
Ideal as a savory sandwich base.
Enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, Kalamata olives (olives, water, salt, vinegar), Moroccan olives (olives, water, salt, vinegar), extra virgin olive oil, salt, malted barley flour, yeast, thyme.
